recently i have had the urge to get some titles maxed and boost up my HoM so i can get a rainbow phoenix. i got on guild wars wiki to check the requirments and it said that i need to have the title "kind of a big deal" and have filled most of the five monuments.

The part i dont get is when it says most, does that mean i only need 3 or 4 of them filled along with the title?

I think there seems to be a bit of an anomaly regarding when exactly it shows up.

Im now KoaDB with 4 full monuments and its still not here, Tho some have said with the same they have it.

Be sure you are going into your hall solo. If you have heroes with you it won't appear. Otherwise you just need the first rank in the KoaBD track (5 titles I think) and fill all of your monuments (all weapon, armor, hero armors, and mini pets filled).

You dont need Weapons, Armor or Hero Armors to be filled for the Phonix to appear. I got my Phonix without anything on either of these 3 Monuments.

I think the requirement is for the Icon behind the Valor Monument which has to be partially filled. This happens automatically as you receive more titles.

Apart from that, The Phonix will only appear if you run in Solo as Voodoo Rage said. Bringing a hero or a friend will cause the Phonix to not spawn.

EDIT: As far as I remember you need 15 maxed titles for the Phonix to spawn, so that means r3 on the KOABD title track.

I found that the Phoenix appeared before I put any weapons in the hall at all. I think I had 20 minis, a dozen or so hero/pet statues and maybe a few sets of elite armor. Remember, that stuff doesn't all have to be entered on the same char, as long as you set your HoM to account-wide display. You should only really need 1 char with KoaBD (which is actually pretty easy to get... just do mission + bonus in all 3 campaigns, and work through two more titles... sunspear and lightbringer are pretty fast, as are some of the GWEN rep titles if done properly).

ya i already have all the monuments but armour and weapons completely filled, now i just need to get bonus for 3 tyria missions and ill have the title!

The Phoenix required in the Fellowship section of the HoM is the Imperial Phoenix, which can be gotten at the end of the Imperial Sanctum mission in Cantha, in the Divine Path.

You actually only need 5 maxed titles (rank 1 on the KoaBD track), IF you have your monuments filled. That's what I did on my ranger which definitely only has 5 titles.

Wiki explains it all:
* Must be alone - no heroes, henchmen or other players
* All tapestries hung - means having completed the Norn, Ebon Vanguard, and Asura arcs
* Progress in KoaBD title - r2 if HoM is not full, r1 if everything is complete

Personally, I just went for 10 maxed titles, then charmed the Rainbow Phoenix. I didn't want to bother with filling every monument.

Wait, what if you have the full minis ON THE ACCOUNT, not that specific character? I think my Alyara is the mini and I Cut is the KoaBD >_<

Yes, you need to have the status filled accountwide, not on a particular character only.

In my personal opinion, it is easier to get to r2 KoBD on one of your chars to get the Rainbow Phoenix to spawn in yout HoM and then, if you added the Phoenix to your menagerie, other characters without any maxed titles at all can charm it in the menagerie, providing you are entering there by yourself.

I think you can access the Menagerie together with the Heroes and the Phonix will still spawn... cant say this 100% though... might be a way to get the Phonix for one of your Heroes.
